Up to £80,000 + Bonus
Are you an experienced Nursing Home Manager, looking for a new and exciting opportunity to lead a fully compliant and highly regarded Nursing home in Edinburgh?
The successful Home Manager can benefit from:
• Market leading salary of up to £80,000

• Full time, permanent role- predominantly Monday - Friday

About you:
• Must have managed a Nursing home over 60 beds
• Have stable Home Management experience in a nursing home setting (5 years plus)
• Experienced in & passionate about elderly care
• Proven track record of achieving compliance with CI
About the role & the home:
• Be able to confidently demonstrate effective leadership and management, putting care and residents first.
• To ensure the clinical & care staff provide the highest levels of care at all times
• Over 80 bedded home, owned by a fantastic UK provider
• A supportive mgmt. team
As the successful Nursing Home Manager you will ensure the clinical & care staff provide the highest levels of care at all times to the residents whilst balancing the budget, dealing with staff issues, supervisions & the lead in care inspectorate & liaisons with the local authorities & key stakeholders.
