The Recruitment Co are Recruiting for a Bank Housing Support Officer in Broughty Ferry. Immediate start with a start date of 16/12/2024
Pay: £13.54 Per Hour
Location: Broughty Ferry
Hours: Will be a mix of Day Shift, Back Shift and Night Shift. Part time and Full time positions available
Duties:
- Respond to residents who may be feeling poorly, and medical attention might be required
- Security of the building, internal and external checks
- Responsible as a lone working job
- Basic domestic tasks
Requirements:
- Has experience working within Housing Support
- Flexible with shifts
- Has an SVQ 2 in House, Support Work or equivalent
- Can undergo a PVG check
- A good team player, good communicator, approachable, reliable and resilient
- Good listening skills
- Great problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt and act accordingly to situations
