£28,000 - £30,000/annum
Remote Telesales Executive
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 (DOE) + uncapped commission (OTE circa £10,000)
Location: Remote 
Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:45 am - 5 pm, Friday 8:45 am - 4 pm (early finish at 1 pm if targets met)
Benefits: 32 days holiday + pension
About the Role:
Join a fast-growing, award-winning B2B sales and marketing consultancy delivering bespoke campaigns for clients worldwide. As a Telesales Executive, you'll play a critical role in generating leads, setting appointments, and achieving results in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound B2B sales calls (no consumer calls).
  • Generate high-quality leads and appointments.
  • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Focus on results and deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.
Must-Haves:
  • Minimum 5 years of telemarketing/telesales experience.
  • Proven track record in outbound B2B sales.
  • Self-motivated with a professional, confident telephone manner.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
