Freelance Site Manager

Are you a freelance Site Manager looking for your next opportunity in Edinburgh? Do you have experience working in live environments?
First Task Professional are working with an established and respected Edinburgh based contractor to recruit for a Site Manager to oversee a multi-million pound residential refurbishment contract in the North of Edinburgh starting in February 2025 and running for 38 weeks.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Well rounded construction and refurbishment delivery experience
- Experience working in live environments
- Organisation skills -the ability to plan and schedule works effectively
- A personable, client facing manner
- Good IT/reporting abilities
- SMSTS
- First Aid at Work
- *Desirable but not essential* Scaffold Inspection
This role offers a good, long term contract in Edinburgh with a busy contractor who can offer follow on work for those who demonstrate a good culture fit and ability to deliver to the required standard.
Working hours are Monday – Friday, between 40 – 44 hours per week.
This role can be worked Ltd Co, CIS or PAYE
