Our client is looking for a Project Manager to join our team, providing project management support on one of our key prestigious client accounts.

You will be an experienced and driven Project Manager with a passion for delivering successful projects. As a highly motivated individual, you will work with our central project management team to lead and deliver multiple projects across our clients campus of buildings.
 

Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will manage the full project lifecycle, from design and specification, implementation and delivery to documentation, supply chain management, and handover and warranty management.

You'll play a key role in developing and reporting project pipeline progress, working closely with the wider team to ensure successful project delivery.

In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining strong working relationships with key internal and client stakeholders, providing critical oversight of project resources to maintain profitability while ensuring the highest levels of project delivery capability.

You'll be a natural problem solver, with a talent for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, driving organic growth, and delivering projects on time, on budget, and to the highest standards

Key Responsibilities

• Full lifecycle management from Project implementation, delivery, documentation, supply chain to handover & warranty management
• Development and reporting of project pipeline
• Monthly reporting as required
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key internal and client stakeholders
• Support the account with new business opportunities, and organic growth where projects are not currently delivered
• Responsible for delivery in adherence to Banking Projects Framework and additional client governance

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

• Extensive Project Management Experience
• Proven track record in high class delivery
• Knowledge of key operational procedures, e.g., project planning, requirements for planned maintenance systems, Quality and Health & Safety
• Full knowledge of information technology, Microsoft 365, MS Project etc
• Excellent communicator in both spoken and written word
  Desirable
• Ideally the job holder should have been educated to at least Degree, HND or equivalent full technical standard
• Ideally hold a recognised qualification in project management
