📍 Location: Dumbarton
💰 Salary: £16.88 per hour (Day Shift) + Overtime Available
✅ Essential Requirements:
- Recognised Welding/Fabrication Apprenticeship
- Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
- Ability to read and interpret Engineering Drawings
- Operational knowledge of welding & fabrication equipment
- Preferential TIG welding experience, but MIG welders considered - training available
🔧 The Role:
We are looking for a skilled Welder to join our team in Dumbarton. You will be responsible for welding and fabricating components to engineering specifications, ensuring high safety and quality standards. Key tasks include TIG, MIG, and MMA welding, pipe welding, and using de-burring and fabrication equipment.
🛠 What You'll Do:
- Work with various welding processes, including TIG (PT and RT standards) and MIG
- Operate fabrication equipment and interpret technical drawings
- Maintain tools and equipment for optimal performance
- Rotate between day and night shifts as required
