Steer Automotive Group, one of the UK’s largest and fastest-growing body shop repair networks, is looking for a dedicated Valetor to join our team in Glasgow. Your Role

As a Valetor, you will ensure vehicles are cleaned and prepared to the highest standard before being handed back to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vehicle Cleaning – Wash, polish, and vacuum vehicles inside and out.
• Detailing – Ensure every vehicle is spotless and ready for collection or delivery.
• Basic Maintenance – Check fluid levels, tyre pressures, and carry out minor upkeep tasks.
• Stock Management – Monitor cleaning supplies and report shortages.
• Teamwork – Work efficiently with colleagues to meet deadlines.
• Health & Safety – Follow safety procedures to maintain a secure working environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous valeting or vehicle preparation experience (preferred but not essential).
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently.
• A team-oriented approach with a willingness to support colleagues.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
• A full, clean UK driving licence is essential.
