Steer Automotive Group, one of the UK’s largest and fastest-growing body shop repair networks, is looking for a dedicated Valetor to join our team in Glasgow. Your Role
As a Valetor, you will ensure vehicles are cleaned and prepared to the highest standard before being handed back to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vehicle Cleaning – Wash, polish, and vacuum vehicles inside and out.
- Detailing – Ensure every vehicle is spotless and ready for collection or delivery.
- Basic Maintenance – Check fluid levels, tyre pressures, and carry out minor upkeep tasks.
- Stock Management – Monitor cleaning supplies and report shortages.
- Teamwork – Work efficiently with colleagues to meet deadlines.
- Health & Safety – Follow safety procedures to maintain a secure working environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous valeting or vehicle preparation experience (preferred but not essential).
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently.
- A team-oriented approach with a willingness to support colleagues.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- A full, clean UK driving licence is essential.
