As a Go-To Team Host, you’ll be the heartbeat of the workplace, serving as the primary point of contact for colleagues and guests. You’ll bring the workplace experience to life—whether it’s through daily interactions, supporting events, or ensuring the space runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
- Complete daily & monthly checklists to maintain workspace quality and track performance
- Ensure colleagues feel welcome and well taken care of in a fun, friendly, and professional manner
- Maintain a clear, presentable, and safe office floor with a strong presence to identify and log facility issues
- Promptly and politely handle guest and colleague enquiries
- Provide first-line technical support (e.g., reboots, connection inspections) and escalate unresolved issues to the Tech Bar
- Monitor meeting room bookings and usage
- Conduct floor walks to ensure meeting rooms are clean and ready for use
- Manage meeting room and visitor bookings
- Ensure AV/IT equipment is functional and provide demonstrations when needed
- Set up and clear down meeting rooms before and after use
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Bubbly, outgoing personality with a natural ability to engage with people
- Experience working with the public, ideally from a 5-star background (e.g., cabin crew, hotels)
- Solid customer service experience dealing with high-profile clients
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively
- Proficient in technology and comfortable using various systems
- High proficiency in the full Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent telephone etiquette and verbal communication skills
