Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Transfer Specialist to support the efficient and accurate transfer of materials from one location to another. This role requires hands-on inventory checks, reporting, and collaboration with Peterson Base Ops to ensure materials are properly accounted for and stored.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Peterson Base Ops to facilitate the seamless transfer of inventory materials.
• Conduct physical checks of all transferred materials, verifying part numbers, quantities, and overall condition.
• Inspect materials with a shelf-life (e.g., O-rings, seals, etc.), update expiry dates on the tracking spreadsheet, and quarantine expired items.
• Identify and isolate damaged or poor-condition materials, flagging them for further investigation and potential disposal.
• Update the Inventory Report to confirm quantities and record the new location within Edzell or Prax warehouses.
• Prepare and submit daily reports to the PX Material Controller for master inventory updates.

Skills & Experience:

• Prior experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or logistics.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to conduct accurate stock checks.
• Knowledge of shelf-life management and storage best practices for industrial materials.
• Proficiency in using spreadsheets and inventory management systems.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining effective communication with teams.
• Familiarity with health & safety standards in warehouse environments.
