Demolition Operator / Supervisor  

Location: We are based in Inchcross Industrial Estate, Bathgate, EH48 2HR, however this role will be site based.
Salary: Competitive, dependent on level of experience.
Contract: Full time, permanent.

Demolition Operator / Supervisor  - About the role:

We are seeking experienced Demolition Operators to carry out safe and efficient demolition work across various sites in the central belt of Scotland. As a Demolition Operator, you will play a vital role in the successful completion of projects, ensuring that demolition tasks are performed to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Operate demolition machinery such as Brokks, 360 Excavtors, and skid-steers
•  Safely dismantle structures and remove debris in accordance with health and safety regulations
•  Ensure all work is completed to project specifications and timelines
•  Perform daily maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues
•  Follow strict health and safety procedures and guidelines
•  Work with the team to maintain a clean and safe work environment
•  Communicate effectively with site supervisors and other team members
•  Assist with site preparation and clearing tasks when required

Required Skills and Experience:

•  Proven experience in demolition operations (minimum of 2 years preferred)
•  Valid CPCS or equivalent certification for operating demolition machinery
•  CCDO cards for Operators including supervisors and Top men
•  Solid understanding of health and safety regulations on demolition sites
•  Ability to read and understand demolition plans and project specifications
•  Strong work ethic and the ability to work as part of a team
•  Physical fitness and ability to work in demanding environments
•  Full UK driving license (preferred but not critical)
