Reporting to the Regional Operations Soft Services Manager, the Cluster Manager will play a key role in ensuring exceptional service delivery across our client's fixed customer site.

​You will be responsible for managing and motivating teams, ensuring efficiency and quality across soft service operations.

​With a focus on cost management, you will oversee budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the cleaning team on client sites.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of service provision.
• Ensure service delivery meets agreed specifications.
• Provide training and development for the team.
• Manage service delivery in line with the cleaning specification.
• Ensure adherence to Health and Safety best practices, including record keeping.
• Meet audit and periodic requirements.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

• Experience in managing and developing multiple teams.
• Ability to maintain service level agreements.
• Health and Safety management experience.
• Proven track record of successful service delivery.
