Customer Service Advisor – Edinburgh

Full-Time | Competitive Salary | Automotive Industry

Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service? We’re expanding our team in Edinburgh and looking for a confident, organised, and friendly Customer Service Advisor to be the welcoming face and voice of our business.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet customers professionally and create a positive first impression

• Handle inbound calls and route them efficiently

• Keep customers informed on the status of vehicle repairs

• Manage appointments and workshop bookings

• Respond to general enquiries with helpful and proactive support

• Support day-to-day administrative duties

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a customer service or front-of-house role

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong multitasking and time management abilities

• Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office

• A positive, calm, and professional attitude under pressure

• Automotive industry experience (desirable but not essential)
