Business Development / Field Sales Executive - Print Services

Location: The successful candidate will ideally be based in Central Scotland and will work remotely visiting client sites. The company is based in Edinburgh EH14 1NL.
Salary: Competitive basic salary plus commission.
Contract: Full time, permanent.

At First Display, we’re looking for a driven and dynamic Business Development / Field Sales Executive to help grow our client base and promote our high-impact display and exhibition solutions across Scotland and beyond.

Whether you’re based in Edinburgh or prefer to work remotely, this role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to work with a team that values initiative and results.

What you’ll be doing:

•  Identifying and developing new business opportunities
•  Building strong relationships with clients in a range of industries
•  Meeting with prospects in person and virtually
•  Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
•  Collaborating with our creative and production teams to deliver outstanding solutions

What we’re looking for:    

•  Proven sales experience, ideally in field sales or business development
•  You will have experience in large format print and associated product/print
•  Excellent communication and presentation skills
•  Confidence working independently and managing your own pipeline
•  A proactive, target-driven mindset
•  Based in or around Edinburgh, or happy to travel for face-to-face meetings when needed
