Assembly/ Production Operative to join their production team.
What they're looking for:
✔️ Experience in assembly, craftwork, or building is an advantage.
✔️ Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
✔️ Dexterous and able to work with precision.
✔️ Reliability and consistency– we need someone looking for stability, not just a short- term role
✔️ A team player who communicates well and is keen to learn.
✔️ Understanding of high-end product standards.
✔️ Flexible approach to tasks and able to adapt within the role.
Requirements:
�� Ideally, experience in hands-on making or assembling.
�� Good eyesight and attention to fine details.
�� Own transport preferred due to location.
�� A solid work history – we value reliability over job-hopping.
