Estimator - Interior Fit-Out & Refurbishment

£55,000-£60,000 + Car Allowance

We're working with a well-established and respected construction firm based in Glasgow, renowned for delivering high-quality refurbishments, bespoke joinery, and specialist interior fit-out projects across sectors such as commercial, leisure, retail, and heritage.

They are now looking for an experienced Estimator to join their commercial team. This is a key role focused on pricing fit-out and refurbishment projects ranging from £200K to £2 million.

The Role:

• Prepare and submit accurate cost estimates for fit-out and refurbishment projects.

• Analyse drawings, specifications, and tender documentation.

• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for quotations.

• Collaborate with the commercial and pre-construction teams to develop competitive bids.

• Manage tender return documentation and handover to delivery teams.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience estimating interior fit-outs or refurbishment works.

• Confident pricing works up to £2 million.

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and scope documents.

• Strong commercial acumen and communication skills.

• Joinery background or experience in bespoke joinery is highly desirable.

• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
