- Provide comprehensive administrative support to legal professionals, including managing schedules and appointments.
- Prepare and format legal documents, correspondence, and forms using Microsoft Word.
- Conduct audio typing of legal dictations accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain an organised filing system for both electronic and paper documents, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
- Assist with client communications, responding to inquiries in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members to facilitate effective workflow within the office environment.
Profile
- Proven experience as a Legal Secretary or in a similar administrative role within a legal setting is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook) and general IT skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience with audio typing.
