Our client, a global industry leader, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will efficiently and effectively manage the end-to-end customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage current customer accounts
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls
- Build and maintain relationships with carriers and customers
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and carriers
- Resolve customer and carrier issues
- Provide quotes, arrange bookings, and take payments
- Demonstrate excellent multitasking skills and proficiency in computer software
- Represent the company professionally and serve as a role model to other employees
