Our client, a prominent residential homebuilder operating in the Aberdeenshire area, is currently seeking an experienced and commercially astute Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team. Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare accurate cost estimates and detailed reports across multiple residential projects
- Manage all financial aspects of contracts and procurement strategies
- Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure project efficiency
- Monitor budgets and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
- Support senior commercial staff in forecasting and risk management

What You Bring:

- Experience in quantity surveying, preferably within residential development
- Strong analytical and financial acumen
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- HND/Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
- A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
