We have got an excellent opportunity for a Customer Excellence Representative to join our manufacturing client in Irvine on a 6 month contract, who are a leader in there industry.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Customer Excellence Representative to enhance the customer experience. In this role, you will take ownership of daily tasks, optimise processes, and share innovative ideas with your team to ensure exceptional service delivery. Our client is looking for you to have knowledge and experience using ERP systems and excel.

The working hours are Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure high quality and data accuracy in all customer interactions
* Optimise customer service processes and share improvement ideas with the team
* Engage with customers primarily through Teams, with minimal phone interaction.
* Demonstrate flexibility and strong teamwork skills

* Handle customer and sales requests either via phone or email or CRM

* Action price agreements (CSPs) once they are approved by customer

* Reprice open orders according to valid CSP.

* Process customer's purchase orders within agreed time line. Check accuracy of mandatory data on the customer's PO, including price and respect price discrepancy process

*Check inventory and supply status of the material when required.

*Act as first level support for documentation, regulatory and quality inquiries following work flows in place.

* Work with line manager to investigate on reasons for customer dissatisfaction and participate in corrective and preventive action plan.

Requirements:

* Excellent computer skills
* Experience with ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and Excel
* Proven customer service experience
* Strong organisational skills
