  • Guide and advise on the resolution of specific data management risks and issues by recommending improvements to the governance, procedures and user support strategies.
  • Take responsibility for specific data governance projects. Creating relevant documentation as well as planning, testing, implementation, and change management at a high standard, as agreed with the overall project lead.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, and expectations, and collaborate with teams to synchronize dependencies and input, particularly across ICT, governance and communication areas.
  • Draft and communicate clear and actionable policies that describe the behaviours we expect, and how we should manage information and data.
  • Provide training and support that develops others.
  • Champion a positive and constructive culture which inspires and motivates individuals.

  • Harmonising Work: Work effectively with others, creating an honest team environment and sharing valuable information and resources.
  • Empowering development: Willing to introduce data management best practices that are proportional to the available resource and organisation design.
  • Articulating Ideas: Able to communicate information in succinct and well-presented styles.

You will need to bring your knowledge of applying data governance and data management across the Microsoft technology ecosystem.
