A leading property maintenance company is looking for an experienced Multi Trader to join their growing team covering the Wandsworth area.
This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a permanent role with a well-established business offering a competitive salary, company vehicle, and long-term career prospects.
Duties Include:- Carrying out day-to-day reactive maintenance works
- General carpentry repairs including doors, locks, skirting, and kitchen repairs
- Basic plumbing works such as tap changes, toilet repairs, and pipework maintenance
- Patch plastering, tiling, and decorating repairs
- Completing maintenance tasks within occupied and void properties
- Delivering high-quality customer service to residents
- Ensuring all works are completed safely and to a high standard
- Proven experience as a Multi Trader within property maintenance, social housing, or domestic repairs
- Strong skills across multiple trades, including carpentry and plumbing
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
