We are currently recruiting a Part Time Sales/Executive Assistant to join a well - established family run SME based in Perth Scotland. The role will be supporting a sales team with sales enquiries, pricing queries and working with the estimating team to get quotes back to customers for consideration. The role will be working on a part time 25-30 hour (flexible) basis ideally 4-5 days per week. The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for sales executives. You will be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. Lastly, you should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.

Responsibilities

• Calendar management for executives
• Customer Relationship Management
• Support field sales executives in preparing for meetings
• Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
• Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience in a Sales Support/Executive assistant role or environment
