At Highland Spring we are looking for a Warehouse Manager to be responsible for driving a culture of safety as well as effectively managing our team within the Warehouse. 

Safety is our number one priority at Highland Spring so you will be integral to driving a culture of the highest safety standard to ensure efficient Warehouse Operations and minimise disruption to in our Warehouse.

What you will be doing:

Your day to day role as part of our management team will be varied, however some of the duties you will be tasked with will include:

  • Lead and drive a strong culture of safety
  • Responsible for Highland Spring’s performance on delivery and productivity
  • Managing departmental costs and budgets
  • Manage the overall team in an open and transparent way
  • Encouraging management and safety best practice

Requirements

 What we’re looking for:

  • Extensive management experience in a warehouse or manufacturing operations environment
  • You will be a strategic thinker with technical operational skills as well as being robust, logical and driven.
  • You must be able to provide evidence on how you have driven a culture of safety
  • Experience in using an ERP system
  • Have either IOSH or NEBOSH certifications
  • Lean Manufacturing experience is highly desirable
  • Experience of working in a FMCG environment will be preferable

This position would ideally be Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm with flexibility needed to support your nightshift teams too.
