About the SDR Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for driven individuals looking to launch a career in Sales and Account Management. As an SDR, you’ll take part in our structured training academy, designed to give you the skills, knowledge, and confidence to succeed in a professional sales environment. High-performing SDRs often progress into Account Manager roles within 6–12 months, with realistic on-target earnings between £60,000 and £80,000+.

Key Responsibilities:

Leads & Sales Activity

Manage, quote, and convert inbound loan enquiries efficiently.

Proactively generate new opportunities from our warm database via outbound calling.

Identify and nurture new business opportunities to expand our customer base.

Business Development & Strategy

Support the creation and execution of targeted business, marketing, and sales plans.

Increase brand awareness through networking and market-relevant promotional activities.

Operational & Compliance Excellence

Ensure all operational, credit, and compliance criteria are followed.

Apply fraud-prevention and risk-mitigation processes consistently.

Performance Expectations

Revenue Growth: Achieve targeted fee income and volume metrics.

New Business Activity: Maintain high levels of prospecting and lead generation.

KPI Achievement: Meet or exceed KPIs set by the Sales Manager.

Cross-Selling: Successfully promote the full suite of products.

Team Contribution: Play an active role in team meetings and the wider Sales division’s success.
