Document Controller - Dounreay

Contract Scotland has an opportunity for an experienced document controller to join our client in the Dounreay area who work across a range of sectors including rail, highways, air, marine, energy and water.
This role would include working away from home - on average 10 days based at Dounreay 4 days at home.
You will be responsible for managing and maintaining all on site documents, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all controlled company documents
- Update and distribute documentation as needed
- Ensure all documents are properly organized and accessible
- Review and edit documents for accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for document creation and updates
- Implement document control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards
- Monitor document changes and revisions, ensuring proper version control
- Train employees on document control processes and procedures
