Responsibilities in your new role

• Deliver a personal and memorable service to all customers
• Maximise revenue and profitability by upselling and actively pursuing opportunities
• Ensure the highest level of customer service is provided at all times
• Recruit, train and develop staff to ensure effective teamwork
• Contribute to the development of restaurant menus
• Maintain knowledge of current licensing, health, safety and food hygiene requirements

Your personality, experience and qualifications

The preferred candidate will have strong Restaurant Manager experience within a luxury setting and will embody inspirational leadership, empowering their team to achieve peak performance. Possessing exceptional communication abilities, they adeptly navigate conflicts. Prior restaurant management experience is indispensable.
