RECRUITMENTiQ is working in partnership with a family-owned business serving for over 35 years, specialising in new MG cars, prestige and quality pre-owned cars.

We are seeking to hire a Workshop Manager to replace our upcoming retirement.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Full Drivers Licence
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience as a mechanic, preferably in a managerial position

Desirable Skills and Experience

• MOT certified
•  Good organisational and IT skills
• Experience in customer service with strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate your team to achieve success

The Role

This position is a combination of a management role and ‘hands-on’ requirements and plays a critical role in the growth and development of our company. You will be responsible for managing and controlling all workshop operations.

Support will be provided to the successful applicant in order to meet training and management requirements.
