Account Associate

We are currently seeking an Accounts Associate (Customer Service) to help deliver excellent customer care and onboarding to our contractors.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Act as a point of contact for contractors across numerous accounts to address any issues arising with the account and ensuring consistent delivery of a first-class service
  • Effectively co-ordinates and communicates with multiple internal departments about matters relating to the account, while addressing more complex issues with Account Manager to understand how best to resolve these
  • Conducting check-in calls with contractors and potential candidates
  • Responsible for the coordination of the onboarding of the individual working closely with the candidate and the UK Assignment support team
  • Monitoring contractor timesheets
