Role: Receptionist
Location: Central Glasgow
Rate: £11.44p/h
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm/9am-6pm
We are currently recruiting for a receptionist on a temporary basis. Our client is based in central Glasgow, near Queens Street Station.
Receptionist duties will include:
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Ensuring guests sign in/out of the building
- Issuing security badges
- Dealing with queries both face to face and via the phone
- Managing reception inbox
- Management of meeting rooms
- Dealing with taxi's and couriers
- Sign-posting guest to correct floors etc.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the same or similar role with outsanding customer service. This is a temporary role to start asap.
