Position Overview:

As a Project Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing all facets of the construction project. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring the successful, timely, and budget-conscious completion of the RC Frame High Rise Residential scheme. This role offers a unique opportunity to showcase your expertise in project management, construction methodologies, and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Take ownership of the project from inception to completion, overseeing all phases of construction and ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

  • Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to foster strong collaborative relationships.

  • Budget and Resource Management: Monitor project financials, allocate resources efficiently, and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.

  • Quality Control: Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of construction are maintained throughout the project.

  • Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks, adapting strategies as needed to keep the project on track.

  • Health and Safety Compliance: Champion a culture of safety on the construction site, ensuring all activities comply with health and safety regulations.

  • Team Development: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing project team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of successfully delivering high-rise residential projects with RC frames.

  • Education: Relevant degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.

  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of RC frame construction methodologies and the ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information to various stakeholders.

  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on team development, motivation, and collaboration.
