QC Supervisor

Our client, an international pharma CMO are recruiting for a talented QC Supervisor to support QC, manufacturing and other teams.
The main duties include:
- Working alongside the QC Manager and QP to deliver on projects
- Monitoring team efforts and ensuring timelines, quality and compliance of work
- Coaching junior colleagues to continue development and grow relationships cross site
- Identify smaller projects to support continuous improvements of processes, procedures and skillsets
- Using organisation skills to manage timelines for testing of raw materials and final products
- Working with the team to create and review specifications, methods, reports and protocols.
The successful candidate will hold a degree in a chemistry discipline, possess some expertise in HPLC, have strong supervisory skills within a GMP environment and dedicated to supporting colleagues and their development.
