£32,000 - £37,000/annum

Carry out the effective procurement of goods and services that support all Business Units across the organisation. Manage the Purchase to Pay process for a range of materials ensuring all requirements are in line with the company requirements

Description

  • Developing and implementing effective procurement strategies.
  • Identifying cost-effective and efficient procurement opportunities.
  • Collaborating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Managing relationships with existing suppliers while seeking new ones.
  • Analysing and interpreting supply chain data to improve processes.
  • Conducting market research to identify procurement opportunities.
  • Ensuring compliance with company and industry-specific regulations.
  • Collaborating with the Procurement & Supply Chain team to achieve company objectives.

Profile

  • Experience of MS Dynamics or a similar ERP system.
  • Experience in one or more of the following commodity groups: Chemicals, Logistics, Energy, Packaging, Warehousing, Facilities, Engineering, Capex, PPE & Workwear
  • Ability to collect, manipulate, and deliver data that delivers insightful management information
  • IT literate and proficient in using MS Office products
  • Highly organised and able to deal with demanding workload
  • Self-aware, authentic and open to feedback
  • Positive and strategic thinker
