Atkins Search are currently looking to source a site manager for a project in Edinburgh due to start in June. This is an internals project, refurbishing student accommodation and associated communal areas and will run for 9 weeks. This contractor is based in the Midlands and operate across the UK providing interior refurbishment services to a range of environments.

Site Manager Roles & Responsibilities include:

• Health and Safety enforcement
• Monitoring program
• RAMS implementation
• Quality Control
• Paperwork and regular updates with client and project manager
• Toolbox Talks
• Working in a fast-paced environment with rigid deadlines.

Site Manager Requirements

• SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid,
• Proven ability to work under pressure in time sensitive environments
• Internal/refurbishment/refit experience
• Joinery or internals experience
• Hands on approach
