An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a specialist subcontractor delivering a substantial package of works on a flagship major construction development South of Bristol.
The subcontract package is forecast to exceed £100 million in value and includes large-scale reinforced concrete and concrete pad works as part of a wider high-profile main contracting scheme.
This role would suit an individual with a strong background in heavy construction, structural concrete, infrastructure, or large-scale subcontract package delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day delivery of designated project packages
- Coordinate subcontractors, engineering teams, and site management staff
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification
- Liaise with the main contractor and senior project stakeholders
- Monitor productivity, quality assurance, and programme milestones
- Drive strong health & safety and operational standards across site
- Proven experience delivering major construction or heavy civils packages
- Strong reinforced concrete / concrete pad experience is essential
- Previous experience on large-scale construction schemes preferred
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage fast-paced and technically challenging works

- Relevant construction qualification (HNC / HND / Degree preferred)
