Our client is recruiting for a Key Account Manager on a full-time, permanent basis in Westhill, Aberdeenshire.

The suitable candidate will be working as part of our clients Survey & Robotics team, and will act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, maintaining & upholding a fantastic service and client relationship,

Daily Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Managing key client relationships, building rapport & understanding the wants and needs
• Be the focal point of contact for clients, working to identify and produce solutions for any issues
• Strong communication with the workshop and technical support teams ensuring ordered products meet quality standards and run to schedule. Also providing quality aftercare
• Ensuring that the client is aware of new developments within the company, updating on the latest equipment and displaying how they will help 

Skills & Experience

• Experience and knowledge with subsea survey equipment is essential
• Thorough technical knowledge of the subsea industry
• Experience in a client facing role and customer management skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship development skills
• Commercial awareness and good all-round business practice
• Well organised and ability to make decisions
• Ability to work in a technically challenging, customer focused environment
