KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Setting up in-person and virtual meetings, appointments, liaising with members of staff and clients and answering queries
Processing of Credit Card payments
General Office duties - Printing, filing, scanning etc
Greeting clients on arrival and ensuring a high level of customer service
First point of contact for all incoming calls
General Mailroom duties, filing and scanning mail to appropriate departments
General Administration duties
Handling all supplier and maintenance issues
Maintaining the office and ensuring any issues are resolved
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Essential
Previous office / administration experience
IT & Computer literate
Proactive and able to use your own initiative
Professional phone manner
