The Opportunity

Join our Readymix division as a Territory Sales Manager and take charge of securing new business opportunities in Scotland's Central Belt. We're looking for a motivated individual ready to navigate our dynamic product line and drive success in a fast-paced environment.

This opportunity involves spearheading sales efforts, from quoting to project management, while fostering client relationships and strategic growth initiatives.

  • Actively seek out and cultivate relationships with new accounts to expand business opportunities.

  • Review and revive dormant or lapsed accounts to re-engage customers and drive sales.

  • Stay informed about market trends and competitors' activities through ongoing tracking and analysis.

  • Generate and present commercial reports to assess performance and inform strategic decision-making.

  • Develop and implement effective planning strategies to meet sales targets and objectives.

  • Take responsibility for EBIT (Earnings Before Interest and Taxes) at the plant level, driving profitability.


Who you are

  • You will focus on generating high value sales to new customers across the central belt territory , seizing every opportunity.

  • You’ll raise the Aggregate Industries brand within your designated sales territory and win new business.

  • Achieve allocated sales revenue/margin, budgets and targets.

  • You will manage systems and processes to support the achievement of commercial targets.
