Receptionist / Admin Assistant

Location: Mount Florida, Glasgow

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Receptionist to join our dynamic team in Mount Florida, Glasgow. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in a professional and supportive environment.

Receptionist Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail
  • Taking and typing dictation
  • Performing general administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.

Receptionist Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Friendly and helpful personality.
