Office Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars.
  • Assist with office organization and maintenance of records, documents, and files.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other business-related documents
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and maintain financial records.
  • Deal with purchase orders and supplier communication
  • Support payroll and timesheets
  • Manage invoices, update systems and co-ordinate enquiries
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate parties.
  • Collaborate with different departments and team members to facilitate smooth operations.Perform other general administrative tasks as assigned.

Office Administrator Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment..
