Office Administrator Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the management team, including handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars.
- Assist with office organization and maintenance of records, documents, and files.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other business-related documents
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and maintain financial records.
- Deal with purchase orders and supplier communication
- Support payroll and timesheets
- Manage invoices, update systems and co-ordinate enquiries
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate parties.
- Collaborate with different departments and team members to facilitate smooth operations.Perform other general administrative tasks as assigned.
Office Administrator Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Great attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment..
