Executive Assistant to CEO - Lanarkshire - 3 Month FTC - Salary up to £35,000 p/a

We are looking to speak with experienced Executive Assistants who are looking for a new, challenging role in Lanarkshire on a full-time, temporary basis. This is a great opportunity for individuals who have experience providing support at C-Suite level daily. You will be responsible for managing multiple diaries and travel requirements as well as minuting meetings and liaising with various internal and external stakeholders. Ideally, you will be well organised, motivated and be able to proactively complete work within tight timeframes as well as managing an ever-changing workload and diary. 

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant looking for their next challenge in Lanarkshire!

This is a full-time, temporary role, working Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, following a hybrid working model. The salary for this role is up to £35,000 p/a DOE.

Are you who we are looking for?

  • You have Executive Assistant experience at C-Suite or director level
  • You are a confident communicator both written and orally at all levels 
  • You have experience working in a fast-paced, professional environment 
  • You enjoy building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • You have experience booking both UK and International travel 
  • You have strong diary management and administrative experience 
  • You are motivated and proactive 
  • You can manage your time and diary effectively to complete all tasks 
  • You have experience within the higher education sector (desired, not essential)

What is the day to day like? 

  • Managing multiple diaries and inboxes daily 
  • Booking travel when required
  • Attending meetings and minuting meetings when required
  • Distributing any action points and following this up
  • Building key internal and external relationships with stakeholders 
  • Working proactively to complete or anticipate any requirements 
  • Completing all administrative tasks when required 
  • Taking lead on any projects when necessary
