Job Title: Office Manager
Salary: £40,000
Location: Perthshire
Working Pattern: Mon - Fri 08.30am - 17:00pm
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Record office expenditure and manage the budget
* organising meetings and managing databases
* dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
* preparing letters, presentations and reports
* Overseeing 4 members of staff within the team
* Providing training to staff members
* Planning, implementing and supervising the company's financial strategy
* Managing the company's financial accounts, payroll, budget, cash receipts and financial assets
Requirements:
* 2+ years office management experience
* Experience liaising with finance & HR team
* Ability to work within a fast paced environment
* High attention to detail
* Sage experience (Preferred)
* Driving license (Required)
