Scania Scotland have an exciting opportunity to join their Regional Costing team, based at our state-of-the-art facilities in Eurocentral, Motherwell.  The team provide support to 9 branches in Scotland and play a pivotal role through the invoicing and costing of all work carried out.  

Key responsibilities:

• Invoice and control branch work in progress
• Deal with queries over the phone and email from managers and teams based throughout Scotland 
• Ensure any vehicle campaigns are completed and costed correctly
• Work within credit control policy and procedures
• Carry out costing on warranty, retail, repair and maintenance to agreed standards
• Supply fully priced estimates of repairs required and ensure work is authorised where required
• Audit job cards, associated service documentation and customer defect procedures for accuracy and adherence to internal and external procedures
• Resolve and assist in invoice queries 
• Support team and manager to resolve customer complaints
