Job Duties:- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Assisting with the organisation and scheduling of meetings, appointments, and events
- Managing office supplies and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and inventory levels
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Supporting colleagues with administrative tasks as required
- Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation
- Proven experience as an office coordinator or in a similar administrative role
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in office coordination or administration
Knowledge and Skills:- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Additional courses in office administration or related field
- Experience working in a consultancy or professional services environment
- Contract position with full-time hours
- Office-based role in Glasgow
Looking for an immediate start, this is a temporary role, with potential permanent in the future.
