Job Duties:
  • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
  • Assisting with the organisation and scheduling of meetings, appointments, and events
  • Managing office supplies and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and inventory levels
  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
  • Supporting colleagues with administrative tasks as required
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an office coordinator or in a similar administrative role
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
Experience:

Previous experience in office coordination or administration

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Additional courses in office administration or related field
  • Experience working in a consultancy or professional services environment
Working Conditions:
  • Contract position with full-time hours
  • Office-based role in Glasgow
