Anderson Knight is recruiting for an Administrator for our client based in Glasgow City Centre on a 12-Month FTC.
This role requires you to provide comprehensive administrative support to clients and wider business.
35 hours per week 9am till 5pm. Hybrid working – 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.
Main duties and responsibilities are:
Efficiently manage client administration tasks such as –
• Ensuring data accuracy.
• Including client onboarding.
• Completion of client information forms.
• Account opening and amendments.
• Documentation retention.
• Processing client queries.
• Tracking and following up on outstanding documentation.
• Handle dispatch of client documentation upon request.
• Address client inquiries via phone and provide necessary information.
• Foster effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
• Undertake additional duties as required.
• Manage client administration processes in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accuracy of data.
• Resolve queries from clients either verbally or in writing promptly.
• Type and produce accurate documentation in the agreed format, including letters and emails.
• Communicate with clients either by telephone or in writing.
• Produce typed documents to a high standard of presentation and accurate.
• Sharing best working practices with other support staff.
Key attributes and skills:
• GCSE in English and Maths grade C or above (or equivalent).
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Methodical with a good attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships within the team and external sources.
• Experience working in a similar role in Financial Services would be of interest but is not essential.
