Senior Administrator

Role - Senior Administrator (Overpayments - Payroll)
Location - Hybrid working (Tuesday and Wednesday in city centre office)
Hours - 36 hours, Monday - Friday
Duration - 12 weeks initially with possible extension
Rate of pay - £14.26 per hour
Start date - asap
The successful applicant will be working alongside our client's established team supporting with the administration of overpayments. You will be carrying out, but not limited to, the following duties:
- Managing a mailbox
- Sending out letters
- Liaising with colleagues in other teams and departments
- Responding to email correspondence
- Answering queries by phone, email and online
- Providing guidance and advice
- Setting up payment plans
- Raising invoices
- Any other tasks as required
You should have a proven track record in a similar role with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
